In 2012 we had the challenge of setting up a new company with a short timescale, in order to take over the ongoing activities of a previously fully integrated operation. This required the establishment from scratch of a bought/sales ledger platform and accounting system within 2 months and with minimal disruption to ongoing business. Lisa provided expert advise and support to set up our SAGE 50 system, transfer of customer and supplier data along with establishing new accounting proposals to meet legal and Group requirements. She acted as our point of contact for a period of 6 months after set up to ensure a smooth transition and reliable performance of the new procedures and system. With Lisa's support and help we were able to hit the ground running and avoid difficulties with our financial processes during and after set up.
